With this release, System Administrators are now provided with a log that tracks each time a user has logged into Brokerage Engine.
With this release, we have enhanced the DONE task search function with a new filtering option called “Workflow”.
In this release, agents may now access their own Agent Production report, right from their agent portal.
We’ve now enhanced the System Usage report to not only include users who last logged in within a given period of time, but also show the exact date and time of their last login.
We’ve now made it possible for agents to access their own CDAs and breakdowns, right from their agent portal.
Previously, agents could only be activated, or deactivated, on subscriptions. With this release, administrative users can now edit an agent’s subscription.
Previously the data export tool only supported default Brokerage Engine fields. With this new enhancement, the data export tool can include custom fields.
Agents will recognize a new button on Invoices called “Request Split”. This enables agents to chose what percentage co-listers or team members should pay towards an invoice
Now, when documents are emailed to Brokerage Engine, they start in Received status - where compliance staff can split or assign them to the corresponding checklist requirement.
