Escrow Deposit Journal Entries

We have made changes to the Escrow Deposits options on a transaction. With this update, users can now journal escrow deposit payments regardless of their status in the system. Before this update, users had to balance escrow deposits by paying any amounts due before adding the deposit to their journal.
