Fee Bank Clone Option

The Fee Bank page now includes a clone option that allows users to copy pre-existing fees in the bank. Clicking the Clone button on existing fees copies the fee settings into a new template. In the pop-up window, users can enter a name for the new fee, and clicking Save creates the new fee, which can now be edited as necessary.
