Fee Calculation Changes

We have made updates to the setup for calculated fees. Now, when users set the parameters for Threshold Flat and Percentage Fees in their Fee Bank, they will have the option to select ADJ_SIDE_GCI in the dropdown menu. Selecting this option indicates that the fee should be calculated from amounts reported as Adjusted Side Gross Commission Income (i.e., ADJ_SIDE_GCI).
