Manage Task Categories

Users with System level permissions now have the ability to completely customize task categories within Brokerage Engine.

Task management is at the core of Brokerage Engine. They can be used to manage marketing workflows, compliance, transaction management and so much more. Organizing tasks into categories allows different departments to gain immediate visibility to only most relevant tasks for their role. Now, users with System-level permissions have complete control over customizing the categories available in their instance of Brokerage Engine.

As of publishing this release - the enhancement is active on all Brokerage Engine customer accounts. Enjoy!
