Update to Commission Fee Field Parameters

We have updated the system so that users can now edit commission fees after initial calculations have been made. Before this update, if a user selected the Brokerage Net (ADJ Brokerage) option for the Payor field, they would be unable to adjust the Where should the fee be calculated from field. With this update, users can now select the Agent Net (ADJ Agent) option if a fee needs to be updated.
